Supreme Concrete Arvada LLC

Effective date: October 18, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website supremeconcreteco.com (the “Website”) and to the concrete services provided by Supreme Concrete Arvada LLC (“Supreme Concrete,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Our Services

Supreme Concrete Arvada LLC is a concrete contractor based in Arvada, Colorado. We provide residential and commercial concrete services, including driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs, foundations, decorative concrete, repair, and replacement, in our service areas across the Denver metro area and the Front Range. Service availability depends on project type, location, and scheduling.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are free and are based on the information available at the time of the estimate, including site conditions, measurements, and the requested scope of work. Unless stated otherwise in writing, an estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.

Prices may change if site conditions differ from what was observed or described, if hidden conditions are found during excavation or demolition, or if you request changes to the scope, materials, or finish. Any such change will be discussed with you before additional work is performed.

3. Written Agreements

The specific scope, price, schedule, payment terms, and any warranty for your project are set out in your written estimate, proposal, or contract. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement for your project, the signed agreement controls.

4. Scheduling and Weather

Concrete work depends on weather and ground conditions. We may reschedule work due to rain, snow, freezing temperatures, frozen ground, or other conditions that could affect the quality of the concrete. Start dates are estimates and may also be affected by permits, inspections, material supply, or site access.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for:

  • Providing clear and safe access to the work area for our crew, equipment, and concrete delivery trucks.
  • Confirming property lines and that you have the right to authorize work on the property.
  • Identifying private underground lines, such as sprinkler lines, invisible pet fences, or private utilities. We will request public utility locates through Colorado 811 where required.
  • Keeping people, pets, and vehicles off new concrete for the curing period we recommend.
  • Obtaining HOA approval where required.

6. Permits and Inspections

Some projects require permits or inspections from the city, county, or other authority. Responsibility for obtaining permits will be stated in your written estimate or contract. Permit fees and inspection schedules are set by the local authority and are outside our control.

7. Payment

Payment amounts, deposits, due dates, and accepted payment methods are stated in your written estimate or contract. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs to the extent permitted by Colorado law, and we may pause work on a project with overdue payments.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change the scope, size, materials, or finish of a project should be made in writing and may change the price and schedule. If you cancel a project after materials have been ordered or work has started, you may be responsible for the cost of work completed and materials ordered up to the date of cancellation, as described in your written agreement.

9. Nature of Concrete

Concrete is a natural material. Even when installed correctly, it can develop hairline or shrinkage cracks, and its color and texture can vary between pours, especially in colored, stained, stamped, or exposed aggregate finishes. Control joints help guide where cracks form but cannot prevent all cracking. These characteristics are normal and are not by themselves considered defects.

Concrete performance is also affected by factors outside our control, including soil movement, expansive clay soil, drainage changes, tree roots, deicing salts, heavy loads beyond the intended use, and lack of maintenance such as sealing.

10. Warranty

Any warranty for your project is limited to the terms provided to you in writing for that specific project. Warranty coverage generally does not include damage caused by misuse, overloading, deicing chemicals, soil movement, drainage problems, settling of fill or backfill not placed by us, acts of nature, or normal wear, unless your written warranty states otherwise.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Concrete Arvada LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or the use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the amount you paid for that project, except where Colorado law does not allow this limitation.
