Where crews are working
Coverage follows the crews rather than a fixed boundary on a map. These are the areas where work is placed most often:
Denver — driveways, patios, sidewalk replacement and foundation work across the city and inner suburbs.
Arvada — our home area, and the one with the shortest lead times.
Lakewood — flatwork and repair, including a lot of ageing driveway replacement.
Wheat Ridge — patios, walkways and slab work on older lots.
Edgewater and Berkley — smaller lots and tighter access, which changes both method and price.
Leyden Junction — rural and semi-rural sites where access and haul distance matter.
Westminster and Golden — full range of residential work.
Colorado Springs — covered by a separate crew, so timelines differ from the metro.
If your address is not listed
Ask. The list reflects where work has been placed recently, not a service boundary. Whether a job outside the metro is workable usually comes down to haul distance for the truck and whether a crew is already working nearby that week.
What changes by location
Access is the biggest variable. A site where the mixer can back up to the pour costs less than one where concrete has to be pumped over a house or barrowed down a narrow side return. Older neighbourhoods with mature trees often mean root removal and a rebuilt base rather than a straight replacement. Permit requirements also differ by municipality for work in the right-of-way, such as sidewalk and curb replacement — the contractor quoting your job will tell you whether yours needs one.
